Take one away and the fire ceases to exist, conversely to keep a fire going you need to keep up all of these three elements. For a community to exist you need, Love, Passion and People. You can swap Oxygen for Love, Heat for Passion and Fuel for People. Take one away and the Community ceases to exist.
