The perfect god created a man who was given freedom to do as he liked in Eden. But when he sinned , and cast out of the garden of Eden , he became a sinful man for ever.
I know of no evidence that he felt compelled to do anything whatsoever.

The imperfect tense can certainly be used in some aspects of past-tense narration, but you will need a range of different tenses to perform a proper past-tense narration. At the minimum, you will need both imperfect and preterit OR imperfect and present perfect. However, you will likely need other tenses such as imperfect progressive, past perfect, and imperfect subjunctive.
God did create a perfect earth. Everything was perfect until lucifer the only imperfect thing on earth tempted adam and eve to sin. When they sinned they gave the snake power to release evil ion the world, creating diseases and worse, fear. God knew

Answer The questioner of this question is operating under improper knowledge. He assumes that God created imperfect humans. That is not correct and therefor this question is also erroneous. Creation is an event that happened thousands of years back. Those who were crated then were not imperfect. According to the report of creation that has withstood time and is available to us today (The Bible) those people who were created back then (Adam and Eve) disobeyed their creator and violated the rules He laid down, (sinned) and this became imperfect.
