Well, first lets brake down your question... Urine coming out of the body is just about sterile unless you have a urinary tract infection (More so in males than females, because of the design of reproductive organ). So urine is "clean" already. The classic water purifying tablet contain iodine which wipes out bacteria, but your urine won't have much bacteria in it to begin with. The problem with drinking urine is is the concentration of unwanted minerals. Drinking it puts strain on the Kidneys. To answer your question, unless you have a purifying tablet that collects those minerals and gets rid of them, no purifying tablets will not make urine suitable for drinking.
