The word related is ambiguous here. Do you mean related by time, or by the nature of what happened? If you mean 'by time', then the obvious answer is World War 2. Moreover, some historians see the Nazi genocide of the Jews as part of a wider Nazi plan to destroy what they called 'Jewish Communism'.
