All are component nations of the continent of Europe. Only France and Germany however are part of the contiguous European landmass. England as a country is a component of the island of Great Britain but is economically and politically associated with the continent of Europe as a principle member of the European Union.
France and Germany are both part of the continent of Europe.

Both France and England are on the European continent, the only thing between us is a streach of water called the English Channel.
Eurasia (the super-continent consisting of both the traditional continents of Europe and Asia)Europe (the traditional continent starting at the Atlantic and ending at the Ural mountains in Russia)
Britain (which includes England) and France had a defence agreement with Poland. Germany invaded Poland on 1st September 1939, so on 3rd September 1939, Britain and France declared war on Germany.
England and France declared war on Germany on 3 September 1939 because Germany had invaded Poland and both England and France were committed to support Poland.
They are all in Europe.
France and Germany are two separate countries. However, they are both on the same continent, which is Europe.
France is not a continent. It is a country. It is in the continent of Europe. Five other countries that are in the continent that France is in are Germany, Spain, Portugal, Bulgaria and Sweden.
They are all in western Europe.
