if you are asking what controls the speed at which your power window opens and closes, there is no 'controler' the speed is slowed down by factors like: out of adjusted windows, bent regulators, badly worn regulators, worn out motors or hot motors. on most older cars the drivers window is slower than the passangers window for resaons stated above. Hondas are famous for bent regulators and poorly adjusted regulators. hope this helps.
