The steering is what controls the gauge in cruise control. This is in any car or truck.
The ECM is what controls all the electronics in a truck. The is what controls it in all cars.
one end is going to be of course besind the spedo gauge in your cluster and the other end will be ithe in you transaxle orif you have cruise control it will be at the cruise control transducer.
well that depends if you ordered cruise control on the dash as a spectrometer setting , if so then the gauge might need re wiring due to there is will be a short circuit from where the cruise was and where it is now. Hope that helped, goodluck CiVicGuy3
There is not a cable for the speedometer. The information is sent to the gauge cluster from the PCM. The PCM controls almost all aspects of the vehicle operation. All of the information on the gauge cluster comes from the PCM.
BCM stands for body control module. It is a second computer in the car that operates your turn signals, cruise control, radio, electric mirrors, headlights, tail-lights, electric sunroof, and climate controls. The BCM also stores all the data for the gauge cluster and it continually communicates with the ECU (Engine Control Unit). If for any reason the BCM and ECU can't communicate, the car will not start,
The gauge is part of the instument cluster ( the part with the speedometer ).The gauge is part of the instument cluster ( the part with the speedometer ).
Most likely reason is the rheostat on the gauge cluster that controls the dash lights. On the backside of the gauge cluster connected to the LH knob is the rheostat. It was built really robust and can usually be disassembled can cleaned. Hope this helps.
A green dial looking icon appears in the top left hand side of the gauge cluster. www.trailvoy.com All the information bout your Trailblazer is here! Where true enthusiasts help other enthusiasts!
the vss wire is white with blue stripe either behind the gauge cluster or is found much more easily behind at the cruise control module behind the glove box
Usually, 'cluster', refers to the instrument/gauge cluster or instrument/gauge panel that the driver looks at, containing the speedometer, fuel gauge, etc.
There is a electrical system controller (esc) that's where the cluster gets its info from for example battery voltage
Other than slightly revised gauge graphics and center HVAC/radio controls they're identical
