Office Clipboard!
The Answer is The Office Clipboard
Usually, you would use the copy and paste options for that.
Copy will copy the format and content of the source area and place it in what is known as the Clipboard, which is a reserved area in the computer's memory.
Fill Formatting only or the Format Painter tool.

A normal copy and paste will do this. You can left click on the source cell and then right click and choose "copy". Then left click on the destination cell and right click and choose "paste". Alternatively, you can use Ctrl & c to copy and Ctrl & v to paste (which is a little quicker when you are used to it).
You can use the Format Painter to do it or the Fill formatting Only option.

Area of bullseye 102 ie 100pi; Area of inner ring and bullseye together is 252 ie 625pi, so area of inner ring is 525pi. Area of second ring and its contents is 402 ie 1600pi, contents area 625pi so area of second ring 975pi. Area of third ring and contents is 552 ie 3025pi, contents area is 1600pi so area of third ring is 1425pi Area of outer ring and contents is 702 ie 4900pi, contents area is 3025pi so area of outer ring is 1875pi. I note that for the three outer rings the area increases by 450pi each time, but for the inner ring it only increases by 425pi. What the reason for this is, I know not unless I've miscalculated somewhere...
