Replacement Nintendo power cords can be purchased directly from Nintendo, actually, via the store on their website. Of course, an online purchase means a delay while the product is shipped to you, so if you're in a hurry you can also check with local video game retailers like Best Buy or Gamestop. You should be able to purchase replacement cables nearly anywhere that you could purchase a Nintendo console.
