It could be a tumor, sist, cancer to the brain, an infection, or anything else to that extent.

It sounds like it could be the bone growth, called the mastoid process, to which a muscle is attached that aids in turning and rocking the head. This process is found on both sides of the head and is generally the same size. The other end of the muscle is attached to the sternum, and thus called the sternomastoidus muscle. If the "hard bump" is on one side only, perhaps a doctor should be consulted for further evaluation.

Can you feel the head or arms as well? The baby could either be lying down along the bottom of your uterus, so legs at lower left side and head at lower right side. Are you carrying quite low? If you are, then I expect that's the position the baby is in. If not, the baby could be at diagonals, with his/her feet at the lower left side and head at the top right

No. Dry eyes do not cause tingling of the left side of head and hands.
