It is certainly worth checking out. I suspect what you have is a benign (noncancerous) fatty tumor and nothing will be done. However it could be a foreign object, ganglion cyst or any number of other things. Next time you at your doctors office have him take a look.
i have the same exact problem and no it does not go away.. if anything it get sore every so now and then.. i never got it checked out but my husband and i was talking about it and we believe that it should be checked out.. very nervous but hopefully it is not anything too serious.. if u find out anything let me know.. tnx ...missy

It could be back mouse also known as lipoma. I have what feels like several movable lumps just above hip bone. From what I read, don't massage the lumps, as they are lumps of fat full of nerve endings, and will only hurt worse. Massage around them. Also I have fibromyalgia and I think it may be related, so you might want to look into that. Good luck.
Most of workers are right-handed. That means more pressure on right side including lower right side.
Your best bet is to get a soft mat, such as one sold for gymnastic stretching and then to buy a lower back pillow to use under it. There do no appear to be any mats that have this feature built in, probably because they would not be uniform to all people. But the combination of a really soft mat with a firm lower back pillow should help you a lot with managing back pain.
