There is (and can be) no liquid surface water on the Moon. However, there could be water in the form of ice in deep craters or in the form of hydrated minerals.
The water found in the Gulf of Mexico is salt (not fresh) water. Drinking such water could lead to kidney failure. So definitively no, you can't drink that water.

The overland Silk Road was long, dangerous, and expensive. If an all water route could be found ships could be loaded with the goods that Europe wanted and it would take less time. The man or country who found a water route would be wealthy.
Tepid just means lukewarm, so one could get tepid water from any household faucet.
