I'm having the exact same symptoms. Went to the Dr a few days ago for sinus infection and she gave me samples of an antibiotic called avelox. My sinus infection hasn't gotten any better and now I'm having extreme nausea upon waking in the morning and light headedness when i tilt my head a certain angle. I've had the crazy hot flashes on and off since I started getting sick last week. I can be drenched in sweat in an instant for no reason. Very strange. I just called my Dr back and they told me sicne i haven't been on antibiotics very long I should probably give it another day. I'm not sure if I should go to a walk in clinic or wait til morning.
