I thought it was. Until I went to the doctor for a routine checkup and found out that I had high blood pressure. The "cure" was to medicate me with a drug to lower blood pressure. Since then, my head no longer hurts when I cough. Most people don't experience symptoms from high blood pressure. I did and the symptom was pain in the head while coughing. Bottom line: Talk to you doctor!
There are a variety of reasons for this to happen and it happened to me...only a Doctor after examination, could possibly tell you the most likely reasons why. Many believe it's caused by high pressure and the "tensing" of the structures around the brain. Coughing can be the catalyst for this pressure...so the issue is not the headache it's the COUGH.
As far as the headache....similar to a muscle strain, the sensation is like a sharp muscle cramp on the left side of the head, behind the temple also involving the neck muscles. The frequency of the cough is a most serious issue...as at the beginning of coughing a headache was not a result in my case...but after prolonged coughing it progressed from feeling"tight" to almost a cramp headache.
The solution for me, as there was not an underlying health issue(which in your case you should address to get the correct diagnosis) peace...eating well...sleeping regular hours and plenty of water...did the trick.
Stress induced headache that is minor it only comes out when you cough.

Your head hurts is a declarative sentence.
A lump at the base of your head that hurts when pressure is applied to it could be an acne pimple. If it does not go away or you are concerned about it, consult a physician.

If you're in pain, you should see a doctor and have an x-ray done to check for broken ribs.

There are infinite potential sentences that can be created with the word head. Here is a short example. Person one: "My head hurts." Person two: "My head hurts too." Person three: "My head hurts more." Person four: "She said her head hurt, yours hurts too, and his hurts more." Each person can just add a word, or change a word to any current sentence and that will create a new sentence.
If it hurts
