Umm I don't think you want your car to turn over. Ever.
I do not have a answer for it, do you an answer for this problem?
NO
You could have a fuel pressure problem, lack of spark, malfunctioning computer, or internal engine damage.
First guess would be a starter motor Does it turn over?
Try replacing your spak plugs. I had the same problem with my 85 Monte Carlo.
There could be a problem with the relay being grounded. There could also be a bad fuse or the fuse connection.
There are a number of reasons why your parking lights won't turn off. There could be a wiring problem in the system.
could be the timing belt if it is broken it will turn over all day but wont start could also be fuel pump and filter it the pump is bad or the filter is severly clogged you will have the same problem
It could just have a dead battery. If the battery isn't the problem, probably so.
The electric fuel pump could be broke. The fuel filter could be clogged. Or you could have clogged injectors. This could be the problem if it is turning over but wont start. If it won't turn all the way over then try to clean the battery post, jump start it or just tighten the battery connectors.
Engine Seized?
What do you mean it wont do anything... will the engine turn over... is the battery good... if the battery good and the engine wont turn over as if its not receiving power to the starter then it might be a bad starter or bad starter solenoid.
