Could be infected, or an allergic reaction to something the dog came in contact with. I would call the vet and flush the ear with warm water. I'm a dog groomer. If its the ear flap it is generally a hematoma. Which is pooling blood. It would need to be lanced open and drained, sometimes a tube is stitched in so it can continue to drain for a few days. It is caused by alot of shaking of the head or scratching the ear. Should be seen by a vet.
If its inside the ear more it could be a very bad ear infection. Probably bitten by a spider or a tick. Call the vet.
There are many reasons why your dog could have stomach swelling. Your dog could have a twisted stomach for example.

I've done research and frankly : never But i could be wrong by some miracle.
yes but only if you make it really angry or if you train it wrong. If you train it to be bad, then it will be. Also, a golden retriever is rarely known to attack and they are very hard to make angry because they are really loyal dogs. I know this from experience, hope it helped answer your question

Go to the doctor. Something else is wrong.
If your dog's nose is swelling shut and there are sores present inside of it, there could be a variety of things wrong. Your dog may be having an allergic reaction to something, it could have some type of autoimmune disease, or it could have a tumor or mass.
I think it is a golden nugget? Prove me if I'm wrong
