A small bowel obstruction is only one of the possible causes of these symptoms but should be considered.
Pain in both or either the abdomen and lower back is common.
Diarrhea and gas can and often do,get around the obstruction.
Stomach ache and vomiting are also usual. The color of the vomit is an important diagnosis tool for a doctor.
There are other possible reasons for these symptoms and only a doctor can know for sure. Please arrange to see a doctor or clinic if symptoms persist
