What could cause pressure between 2 otherwise healthy front teeth feeling like something is stuck in the gap near the gum I have brushed flossed repeatedly but the sensation remains all day.?

You didn't say how long you have been experiencing this sensation. If it hasn't been more than a few days, it's probably an irritation caused by your digging around the delicate tissues, causing an inflammation: resulting in aforementioned feeling. The other possibility is that your teeth are being crowded together, possibly pressure from emerging wisdom teeth. Everyone in my family has experienced this, and the bottom front teeth suffer the most. Stop digging and flossing that area for a few days, and see if it lets up: If not see your dentist for crowding issues and possibly braces are in your future.
