You're sure it is water and not brake fluid coming from the master cylinder?
Defective reverse light switch.

If you have already replaced the plugs and wires, your best bet would be to replace the coil pack housing(big white housing under cover). Those are notorious for failing in the late model z24s. I had the same problem with my 97 and afterwards it ran fine.

Blown fuse or wiring defect for the bulb you have already replaced. You have replaced the wrong bulb. The new bulb was defective.
You can buy windshield repair kits at popular hardware stores to do it yourself. As long as the crack is not too big you can do it yourself. It has already spread across the entire windshield, you should seek professional help.
it may not be grounded. correctly. did you check it before you put it on? check with volt meter see if it is getting power. also it maybe that the rod to the wipers are jammed check them out.
