nothing, the only way to get ink poisoning is
1.) you actually swallow the ink
2.) It gets into your blood through a cut or wound.
3.) You write on yourself every day with lots of ink, and it will eventually seep through your skin.
Overall, its not really bad. usually it just stays on your skin and u have pen marks until u wash it off
