Poor old you. Hang in there, not long to go. I have read it's to do with the pressure on he enlarged uterus on the stomach, plus those hormones hitting the roof. It's awful, isn't it? I expect you know all the stuff about avoid greasy foods and eat little and often and make sure you have lots of small drinks of water. As for tired - why wouldn't you be? Your body is doing a highly skilled job and you need your rest.
These are signs that you could soon be going into labour.
