A religion could teach people to respect their neighbors and not damage another's property. The only way persons can be taught these things is by teaching what The Bible says. Also, following Jesus' example in improving the things and persons he came in contact with. By teaching people to help others and look forward to God's Kingdom, people won't have the desire to cause damages.
