I'm not completely sure but i think in Texas it is seventeen that you can move out on your own... but, i live in Oregon so I'm not positive. Here its eighteen but i think in Texas you can get your license an stuff at fifteen? I'm not sure though just guessingg..
In Texas, you can move out of your parent's house at the age of seventeen without being reported as a runaway. You do not have to have their consent, but it is still not legal. But you will not get any kind of punishment by law because of this.
