Some countries share currencies like the euro and some countries have the same name for the currency but they are not the same currency like American dollar and the Canadian dollar. the most popular currencies are dollar, euro, pound, yen, ruble ect.

The currency used is the same one as most of the European Union countries: The EURO!
Ten American dollars equals 7.3580 Euros. Many other countries have their equivalent of a dollar, so I chose to use the most common, American dollar.
The answer will depend on which country's dollar: there are many countries that use the dollar as a currency and they have different coinage.
