None. It is not a valid travel document, only a piece of art, which you can use only at your own risks.
Hallen für Neue Kunst was created in 1983.
Neue Slowenische Kunst (a German phrase meaning "New Slovenian Art"), aka NSK, is a controversial political art collective that announced itself in Slovenia in1984, when Slovenia was part of Yugoslavia. NSK's name, being German, is compatible with a theme in NSK works: the complicated relationship Slovenes have had with Germans. The name of NSK's music wing, Laibach, is also the German name of the Slovene capital Ljubljana, creating controversy through evoking memories of the Nazi occupation of Slovenia during the Second World War. From Wikipedia...IT IS NOT LOCATED ON THE MAP !!!
The cast of Neue Kunst - neues Sehen - 1952 includes: Ottomar Domnick
NSK (Neue Slowenische Kunst, or New Slovenian Art in English) is an art project, an attempt to create a "State in Time". It's a satire of totalitarianism, and by extension any unaccountable government bureaucracy. Industrial rockers Laibach are part of the same collective, and pretty d*** good imho. If you're thinking of buying an NSK "passport" to come and live in Europe, don't. NSK will sell you a passport (email them thru their site and wait about a month), but it's just part of their act. It's not valid to cross any real border, and won't help you get visas.

It isn't. NSK is not a location but a state of mind. The NSK Passport is not so much a joke as a symbolic act of defience, developed by some artists in Slovenia. Here's a quote from the NSK people: "Anybody can become an NSK Passport holder and acquire the status of an NSK citizen. The NSK state denies in its fundamental acts the categories of (limited) territory, the principle of national borders, and advocates the law of transnationality." The following is from their website: "NSK State was founded in 1992 by members of the "Neue Slowenische Kunst" art movement from Slovenia, Europe. NSK State does not exist in the real, three-dimensional space and has no physical territory; it's only territory is the dimension of the Time. NSK is not an internationally officially recognized country and NSK State passport is not a legally valid document. Owning the NSK passport does not grant citizenship of the republic of Slovenia or any other country of the world. YOU CANNOT LEGALLY CROSS ANY INTERNATIONAL BORDER USING AN NSK PASSPORT! The NSK State passport is only a symbolic document and if you use it to cross borders you do so at your own risk: NSKSTATE.COM and the NSK Info. Center cannot accept any responsibility for the consequences if you attempt to cross borders using this passport. " So there it is.
NSK isn't a real country. It's an art group that issues "passports" as a joke. You can't cross borders, get visas or live in Europe with an NSK passport.
