Samoan people come from the Samoan Islands in general or, in particular, the country Samoa (officially the Independent State of Samoa), which is in the western Samoan Islands, which are in the the south Pacific Ocean.
It means “come dance” or something along the lines of that (Samoan is a very confusing language, and my family’s Samoan).
