Greece Mints are such widely used herbs it would be hard to find any cuisine that doesn't use them. They are used in many lamb dishes in Greece, but they are used in Italian foods as well. Indian cooking also uses mint in many of their dishes. It is used in candy as well as flavoring in toothpaste.
