The Dneiper river flows into the Black Sea south of Ukraine, between Europe and Africa.

The Dneiper River, Ukraine's largest which also flows through Belarus and Russia, is Europe's fourth largest river. The Ural River, flowing through Russia and Kazakhstan, is Europe's third largest river.
Having just looked on Google Earth - the only two bodies of water next to the Ukraine are the Sea of Azov, and the Black Sea - Both of which are to the south of the country.

The sea that is located at the mouth of the Dneiper River is the Black Sea, which can be accessed via the Straits of the Dardanelles from the Aegean Sea. The Black Sea is bordered by the landforms of Europe, Caucasus and Anatolia.The Black Sea is at the mouth of the Dnieper (Dnipro) River. This is in Ukraine, however, NOT in Russia.
