There is poetry in all counties of Ireland, but what you are probably referring to is the county of Limerick, because of the style of poem of the same name.
County Sligo in Ireland is known for its rich literary heritage, particularly for its association with the poet W.B. Yeats. The county's stony grey soil is mentioned in Yeats's poem "The Stolen Child."
County Clare is known as the Banner county.
Kent County in the South-East of England. County Wicklow in Ireland is also known as the Garden County.
