Now, it is up to you to decide what you want to take, remember you can only have two main professions, so you might want to pick a crafting profession that best suits your class (ie Warriors, Death knights, and Paladins should choose blacksmithing to make thier own armor) and a gathering skill to go with it (ie Mining for Blacksmithing).
