Usually the best solution for removing scars is to try not to scratch.... You should use an anti-itch cream for example benadryl, that will help relieve your itch that way you wont scratch as much as before and that in turn will reduce the chances of real bad scars.... Hope this helps....

You are best off usng natural products rather than any prescribed medicine. A way many victims find excellent is using baking soda and water to make a paste that can be spread over the bite marks on your skin. It is best to first wash your bed bug bite marks with soap and water before applying this to your body and after making the paste leave it to stand on a saucer until it is dry. Then wait about half an hour before applying it to your skin, and then gently wash the paste off you. Other natural products that may work equally well in easing your itching or pain caused by the bedbugs' unwelcome visit to your bed are Lemon Juice, Witch Hazel or St Johns Wort.

You can use hydrocortisone cream to reduce the itching, but unfortunately there is no know remedy for the bumps that bed bug bites leave so you'll need to wait those out.
