At the end of chapter 13, on page 124. At Ezeudu's funeral, Okonkwo's gun explodes during a gun salute and a piece of iron goes into Ezeudu's 16 year old son's heart.
Nothing awakens Okonkwo at the beginning of chapter 2. Okonkwo has not yet gone to sleep at the beginning of chapter 2. However, Okonkwo is alerted by the ogene of the town crier, alerting him of a town meeting the next day, and informing him of some tragedy, by the crier's tone of voice.
Depending on the version, this could be page 131, at the end of Part 1, Chapter 13.
I would say Around 13 as you would be a Teenager and be more responsible if you commit any Cyber-Crime.
I believe Okonkwo accidently killed an innocent boy (on the day sweetest to him). Considering Evil Forest said this it would seem that it is the evil thing to do by killing someone on their most happiest, sweetest day rather than a depressing, gloomy day. Okonkwo kills himself at the end of the book if that matters.
A Chapter 7 can be filed with an open Chapter 13.
What is Legal to file Chapter 13 on ?
Okonkwo loses his temper and strikes his wife. Okonkwo kills his adopted son. Okonkwo threatens his wife with a gun. Okonkwo's gun explodes. or Okonkwo violates the Week of Peace. Despite being warned not to do so, Okonkwo takes part in a ceremonial murder. Okonkwo points a gun at one of his wives. Okonkwo accidentally kills a clansman. or Okonkwo beats his wife Okonkwo draws a gun on his wife. Okonkwo murders a boy he has adopted. Okonkwo's gun explodes accidentally and kills a boy.
If you have to file a Chapter 13, there is no down side. You do have to commit to up to 60 months of payments. You can't get anything on credit, like a new car, without the court's express permission. Tax refunds have to be turned over to the trustee (but may shorten the plan period).
if your chapter 13 gets dismissed can you buy a car
No. The court would likely not allow it because you intend to commit fraud by obtaining a loan with no intention of repaying it. But that's really a question for your lawyer.
No juveniles go to the county jail; however, if a juvenile were to commit the crime of "Breaking and Entering", they may be sentenced to a Juvenile Detention Facility.
