He murdered young girls and women and also tortured them. He left a grotesque crime scene after his kills.

//Ted Bundy, a handsome, charming law student, began his life as a serial killer near Seattle, Washington in 1974. His choice of victims, young college girls with long brunette hair. Before his last arrest in Florida, he killed women in Colorado, Utah, Florida, and it is believed in Idaho, Oregon and possibly Pennsylvania. He confessed to over 30 murders but hinted at far more. But it was his final murder of 12 year old Kimberly Leach in Florida, that sent him to the electric chair. Bundy was executed on January 24, 1989.

The list of charges against Bundy are almost endless. Multiple counts of first degree murder with special circumstances, kidnapping, rape, sodomy, grand theft auto, unlawful sex with corpses, committing numerous felonies and crossing state lines to flee from law enforcement, reckless driving, DUI, escaping from county holding jails in two different states. Shoplifting, forgery, using stolen credit cards, ect. He was wanted in six states, suspected of dozens of murders, possibly as many as a hundred or more, suspected of murders in at least another three states and using aliases for illegal purposes. This is not an all-inclusive list, there are many more but space does not permit the listing of every charge in every state. It is safe to say Bundy was a busy boy.
