FLAT IRON of course because when you flat iron your hair you sometimes have to do it over and over again until it meets your standards then some people like to do it everyday and that just puts a whole bunch of heat in your hair and thatisn't good, but if you don't want to listen to me then try it on your own and usually then straightener that you have should have a hair type code and you should always set your straightener to that temperature and in some cases you can put it just a little higher but not too much.
