Physie is a type of dancing/aerobics/gym and is very fun and a great form of exercise. There are two types of physie which are BJP and Edith Parsons. I do Edith parsons. If you would like to do physie type it on google and the web page will come up. If you are wondering the difference between BJP and Edith Parsons, I have no idea but you should just do one. Physie is classed as a competitive sport. You can even make it to state. (I have actually gone to state before). Even though you have to wear a leotard when competing. P.S you don't have to compete. I hope this helped you get an idea of what physie is! (it stands for Physical Culture)
