Technically speaking...it's "HELIUM"...it's an element which means there shouldn't be anyother intoxicants in it. But too much "Helium" is bad for you, like everything else. of course it could become impure when it comes out of the standard metal canister and contacts the metal, air, balloons, e.t.c.
