the on that comes with it
They are made, believe it or not, to fire darts at the same speed. The Longstrike doesn't shoot as far because the dart has to travel farther to leave the blaster, which causes unnecessary friction. This is made worse if you attach the barrel.
No. As the longstrike is a clip system gun, non-streamline darts will cause jams.
No, unfortunately the only darts you can fit in a Longshot CS-6 are Streamline darts. Inserting Dart Tag Darts into the blaster will ruin the blaster.
A clip for NERF darts comes without the darts. It costs $15.00 or £ 6.00. You can buy extra darts in a set of 35.
No, unfortunately the only darts you can fit in a Longshot CS-6 are Streamline darts. Inserting Dart Tag Darts into the blaster will ruin the blaster.
No, because the Longshot is a Clip-System blaster, meaning that the only dart it can fire are Streamline Darts. Every Clip System blaster has the letters "CS" in their name (ex. Longstrike CS-6, Recon CS-6, Alpha Trooper CS-18) meaning that they can only take Streamline Darts.
No, it is a manual blaster (meaning you have to prime it every time you want to fire)
longstrike it is hard to awnser if you mean in categories because the recon is assult and the longstrike is sniper Depends what you want, the recon is cheaper but the longstrike is longer ranged. They both have a 6 dart capacity and both are bolt-action. I would say the longstrike was better if you have the money.
any kind of darts work
The Nerf Mavrick fires all of the darts apart from Glow in the Dark so that is The Whistler Darts, Dart Tag Darts, Clip System Darts, Streamline Darts and Suction Darts.
No, the Nerf Longshot is a highly effective blaster even when stock. Nerf is currently making an alternate version of the longshot, called the longstrike, that will be released in Spring 2010
No, it cannot. The Nerf Raider CS-35 is designed to work exclusively to work with Streamline darts, although it can work with newer Elite darts. It cannot fit the Whistler dart inside the blaster because the tip of the blaster is too large to fit in the Raider's breech.
