Italian Army in Russia was created in 1942.
The Soviet army is the army of Russia and some territories around Russia. The Soviet army is better known as the Russian army of World War II
On the 28th of June 1914, Archduke Franz Ferdinand –heir to the Austro-Hungarian throne– was assassinated in Bosnia. Austria pointed the finger at Serbia, and therefore declared war on them. They then started bombing Belgrade. Next Russia’s army prepared to help defend Serbia against the attack. Germany –Austria’s ally– then sent a letter, demanding Russia that they pull out and abandon helping Serbia; in defending their country. Russia refused and so forth, Germany declared war on Russia. They also begin to move their army towards France (Russia’s ally.) France then began to prepare to fight a German invasion, and to top things off Austria declared war on Russia. Meanwhile. the Germans were still in Belgium, when Britain declared war on them, Germany then declared war on France and invaded Belgium (even though they were not part of the triple entente!) Finally Britain then ordered Germany to withdraw from Belgium.

Russia was Serbia's main ally during World War I. Russia had a powerful army and powerful allies as well.
Russia began moving it's army toward the russian-Austrian border. it mobilized Russia along the German border
A number of things. 1) the assassination of Austria's Crown Prince Franz Ferdinand; 2) the war that Austria started with Serbia which led to Russia's decision to mobilize its army; 3) Germany's policy of encouraging Austria not to compromise; 4) Germany's decision to declare war on Russia and start a pre-emptive strike against France.
....Russia and France were partners in an offensive/defensive treaty they had concluded earlier. So declaring war on Russia according to the Treaty 'automatically' meant that a state of war came to exist between Germany and France.

The austro-Hungarian empire with the support of the triple alliance including austros Germans and Italians this act of war was in retaliation to the assignation of archduke franz Ferdinand IMPROVEMENT. Italy did not attack Serbia. Although it was still a member of the Triple Alliance in 1914, Italy declared its neutrality in the conflict, because one of the main clauses of that Treaty committed the allies to intervene in a conflict only if one o more of them had been attacked.
Russia helped Serbia throughout most of the war. Being the largest army in the world at the time, it used much of its forces to defend its "little brother" Serbia. Eventually, Russia had to withdraw from the war due to the communist revolution in Russia led by Vladimir Lenin.

The US First Army does not have a specific area that it targets. Its primary role is to train, mobilize, and deploy forces in support of military operations, as directed by the Department of Defense. The First Army's focus is on providing readiness and training support to soldiers, units, and partners in order to enhance combat capabilities.
Yes it does have an army. Btw strongest army on Balkan, and amazing infranty :)
