The front of the baptismal certificate provides a place for the name and address of the church where the baptism took place, then it specifies the date, the parents, the name of the sponsors, a place for the current priest to sign and date, and it should have the seal of the Church where it was issued. The back of the baptismal certificate has places to record the date and place other sacraments were received and the date and place where first Holy Communion was received. The "baptismal certificate" in the Catholic Church is just a copy of the record that is in the permanent record at the Church where the baptism took place. The actual certificate is good for only six months.
All Catholic sacraments are recorded on the original baptismal certificate, which is held at the Church where the individual's baptism was performed. If a Catholic ANYWHERE in the world attempts to be confirmed, marry, be ordained, then they must get a copy of the original birth certificate, including the back (which has all the sacraments listed and their dates) before any sacrament can be performed. Therefore, all you have to do is call the Church where your mother was baptized and ask for a copy of her baptismal certificate. It will have the date and place of her marriage along with the priest who witnessed it, recorded on the back of it.
Martin Luther, heretic, and his followers were excommunicated on January 3, 1521 in the Papal Bull, Decet Romanum Pontificem, at the link below. Please note, however, that this did NOT "free" him from the Church, it just said that he was not permitted access to any of the Sacraments other than confession; however, he was still required to attend Mass, and obey all the Commandments of God and the Church.
No he will not date a seven year old girl
Although both Catholics and members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) are generally encouraged to date members of their own faith, Mormons and Catholics can (and do) date.

seven months
Of course! Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the 'Mormon' church) can date whomever they choose. The Church does not tell people who they can and cannot date. The Church does suggest members should date those of similar high moral standards, and preferably those from the same faith, but this is not required. Most Mormons do choose to follow these guidelines because Mormonism is a very family-centered faith and it is important to them to marry and raise their children in the church.
