Nobody knows when any of Shakespeare's plays were written. Neither he nor anyone else kept track of such things. All we know is that they must have been written in Shakespeare's lifetime and before he retired, and that they must have been written before they are known to have been performed or published. We can be pretty sure they were written after he left Stratford which was no earlier than 1585.

In the case of A Midsummer Night's Dream, it was published in 1600, in an edition which said that it had been performed "many times" before that date. Just from its style and comparing it to other works of Shakespeare's scholars guess that it might have been written sometime in 1593 or 1594. But that is a guess based on the flimsiest of suppositions.

If anyone tells you that they know what day the play was written they are either a baldfaced liar or a lunatic.
