What date was Amelia Earharts last fligh?
1937 was Earhart's last flight
Apart from flying, she was known to be active in Photography. at the time of her last flight, she was involved in the marketing scheme of a new type of Photometer or light meter. owing to ( bad Flak) the device was never marketed with Amelia in any ads- this is analogous to taking model cars with some race driver who is no longer living- off the market.
In the upcoming movie Amelia did Amelia Earharts Chronic Sinusitus act up when she was doing an emergency landing on her last flight?
Chronic sinusitis is no life-threatening problem, it"s a bad cold type of thing, a chronic ( over time) irritation of the sinuses- the nasal passages. as far as is known Amelia did not have any serious health problems- this would have been exposed early on in any investigation of the lost flight. I am not aware of any aircraft- or automobile for that matter directly caused by a sneeze!
She was and do not misread this in a modern light like sponsors for the Yankees or sports car races, sponsored in part by the Gulf Oil Company ( fuel) and to a lesser extent by the Purdue University, as there were some techical experiments and modifications to the Electra- somtimes nicknamed the Flying Laboratory by this Engineering college, who has some of her medals and awards on display.
Amelia Earhart's last years were very important to her. She married George P. Putnam in the year 1931. In 1929 she started a group of woman pilots called the Nintey-Nines, they made Amelia their firs president. And in 1931 Amelia became the first women to win the National Geographic Society's special gold medal, then Amelia won the Distinguished Flying Cross.

Amelia was named Amelia Mary Earhart after her two grandmothers, Amelia Harres Otis and Mary Wells Earhart -- a family tradition. It should also be noted that questioners who spell her last name wrong think it was "Airhart," and that her name had some relationship to her occupation as an aviator. It did not.
