Canada, except for the province of Saskatchewan, turns the clock back one hour on the night/morning between October 31 and November 1st. Basically, turn the clock back after you go to bed on Oct. 31, or as soon as you wake up Nov. 1. Officially, on Nov. 1, you turn the clock back at 2:00 AM to read 1:00 AM.
