if you stop the thief from stealing the bomb bag from the old lady on the night of the first day in north clock town then the all night mask might be in the shop on the night of the third day

You must save the old lady in North Clock Town at Midnight on the First day. Slash Sakon (the theif) with your sword and he'll drop the bag and run. You also get the Blast Mask from it. (You probably already knew this, but the All Night's Mask is 500 rupees.) Hope this helped. =]

on the final night of the final day, go to the curiosity shop. the mask is on sale there for around 300 rupees. if you buy it you will also get a stamp in the bombers notebook the end hope this helps! XD
