To become a dentist the person has to complete his high schooling firtst. Then he/she needs to join in the dental college to complete college degree.

Yes. A college degree is NOT an official requirement to become president. That said, in this day and age it's extremely unlikely for someone without higher education to become president.
you have to go to 4 years to a university to get bachleors then 4 mor years of medical school and training. So around 8 years some colleges combine medical and college so it just takes 8 years.
A college degree, even having no bearing on the job in question, shows the person is literate and knows how to study, learn and do many other things that are critical for success in employment.
