The amount of space.
At 300 dpi it would be 2,490 x 3,510 pixels.
Pixels have no real-world dimension and so there is no inch value to that image. You could print that image at 10 feet wide if you wanted to, but it would look terribly blurry. If you were aiming for ultra-high quality (lets say 250ppi), then that image would only print at 2.912" wide and only .36" tall. The key here is at what resolution are you wanting to achieve. This is the determining factor as to how large an image is or can be.
There are 25.4 mm in one inch. 800 mm divided by 25.4 mm/in is 31.49 inches. Direct Conversion Formula800 mm*1 in 25.4 mm=31.49606299 in
480 * 640 * 24 * 60 = 442 368 000 bits of bandwith is needed. by YuvZ
For practical purposes the clarity of the image is decided by its spatial resolution, not the number of pixels in an image. In effect, spatial resolution refers to the number of independent pixel values per unit length.
A large matrix with small pixel will give a better resolution.
Resolution
it determines the resolution of the picture. the higher the pixels, the clearer the picture.

Resolution. The more pixels, the sharper the edges.
Megapixels are the count of how many pixels there are, which determines the "graunlarity" of photos.
It is tool which replaces pixels from sampled area to the area which you are painting with this tool. Along with pixel replacement this tool heals or blends pixels. Blending mode determines how pixels from sampled area blend with underlying pixels in the image (area where you paint with healing tool).
Active matrix can be defined as a type of addressing scheme used in flat panel displays. In this method of switching individual elements (Pixels) of a flat panel display, each pixel is attached to a transistor and capacitor which actively maintain the pixel state while other pixels are being addressed

The measurements used to determine a monitors screen resolution is Pixels per Inch (PPI). The size of a monitor in inches and the total pixels in the horizontal and vertical directions determines the PPI of the screens resolution. For Example a 15 inch monitor has a maximum of 1024x768 pixel resolution.
The picture quality is based upon the Mega Pixels of a mobile phone. The higher the value, the higher the quality.
