Pixels have no real-world dimension and so there is no inch value to that image. You could print that image at 10 feet wide if you wanted to, but it would look terribly blurry. If you were aiming for ultra-high quality (lets say 250ppi), then that image would only print at 2.912" wide and only .36" tall.

The key here is at what resolution are you wanting to achieve. This is the determining factor as to how large an image is or can be.
