Hitler, based on his actions, speeches and support of NAZI ideology seems to have been a Deist, heavily influenced by a few esoteric groups that were around at the time (theosophy and the Thule Society in particular). Despite claims that Hitler was a Christian, which is true only to the extent that his background was Christian, he frequently spoke out against the Church and Christian teachings and philosophy.

He believed that Germans/Austrians were superior to the Jews. Of course, they're not - everyone is equal :)
