I doubt it makes a difference in your life. I have to eat fruit before breakfast, while my friend its fruit after breakfast. As long as you eat fruit, its all good. But possibly you get more nutrition from the fruit when you eat it before breakfast.

The best way is to eat a light nutrition bar or apple (something light and healthy) before your workout, and then afterwards to have the complete breakfast meal
