They are two conspirators, and i believe the last two left as they go into battle. Both members of senate and Cassius sways Brutus to join the conspiracy with Brutus' fetish of honor.
Before departing from the Capitol, Brutus instructs the conspirators to wash their hands in Caesar's blood as a symbolic act to demonstrate their justification for the assassination. He emphasizes that they should be honorable and not seek to appear as murderers but as liberators of Rome. Brutus believes this act will signify their commitment to the republic and their intent to free Rome from tyranny.
He supposedly reads Caesars will. It it proves that Caesar was not a tyrant and that he loved and cared for his people. Mark Anthony then goes on to show the crowd the bloodied robe of Caesar and calls out Brutus and the conspirators for what they really are, treasonous murderers.
