Clara Barton believed that everyone should have the right to access medical assistance, humanitarian aid and medicine when they need it. And she was right.
She also believed in free education, and opened a free public school.
She founded the American Red Cross, an organisation which provides medical care and medicine to those who need it.
Clara in particular provided medical care to the injured soldiers of the American civil war on both sides of the fighting.
The American Red Cross Association still exists to this day.
As for religious beliefs, she never publicly actively participated in any church or religious service as we know of. However she did write in a letter once to a friend mentioning her support for the Universalist Church of America, the church her parents attended when she was a child.
